We definitely accept custom orders for gifts. Normal timeframe is 24 hours. If the product contains products that are customized it may take (3-5) business days. Please note that time frames are on a custom basis. Please inquire ahead of time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Gift baskets being shipped outside of the Las Vegas area are shipped with one of our affiliate partners. Please note that there are several states that have restrictions on receiving alcohol shipments. All baskets are shipped via Fedex and require that the buyer and the recipient are 21+ years old. All shipments of alcohol require a signature upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. Champagne Life, nor our affiliate partners are responsible for delivery delays due to signature receipt requirements not being met. Damage to basket contents and spoilage claims will not be honored in the event of a delivery delay resulting from authorized adult signature failure We highly recommend that our customers notify the gift recipients of the shipment and notify them that a signature of a person 21 years of age or older is required for package delivery.

Due to current state laws, some states do not permit the shipping of alcohol into their state. If we receive an order for one of the states that has these restrictions in place, we will contact you immediately to discuss your order.
 
At this time, we do not ship gifts containing alcohol internationally.
 
Customs can enforce duties, taxes and fees and can be added to the shipments by the individual countries. Any such fees, if charged by the country of destination, will be added to the credit card used at the time of purchase once the courier has informed us of the amount being billed.

Shipping requirements for Chocolate, Fruit and Perishable items are in place during the warmer months of May – October. Orders for perishable items received between Thursday and Sunday will ship Monday to prevent perishables sitting on delivery trucks over the weekend. Perishable items that we do not current ship are: Flowers, Balloons, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Donuts, Cakes or Cupcakes. Champagne Life will not be held responsible for items that melt or becoming damaged during transit. NO claims or refunds will be issued for melting or spoilage during the summer months unless the error is on our end.

No, we are not. We operate out of a licensed commercial location. All health any safety measures are monitored by local agencies. Most gift basket companies in the Las Vegas area are home based.

Yes, unlike many gift basket companies, we hand craft every single basket. We never use gifts from 3rd party suppliers. This works in our favor, because it enables us to create custom gift baskets for all occasions and budgets.

We require full payment at the time of order. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept gift cards of any kind at this time. For corporate orders we accept corporate checks.

We require written consent and a photo ID for orders over $499.99. We reserve the right to deny service if we feel is made fraudulently. If fraudulent charges are made, the party placing the order is financially responsible for all costs and fees associated with the transaction.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP INFORMATION

We deliver to most zipcodes throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Summerlin. If we are not able to deliver to the requested zipcodes, you can pick up your gift from our Las Vegas Blvd or Henderson Locations.
 
We offer same-day delivery to hotels and timeshares located on the Las Vegas Strip, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas. Hotel delivery is available 7 days a week and deliveries are made between 10am and 7pm daily. For same-day Delivery, orders must be placed by 11am PST.
$15.00 Local Delivery Fee to all hotels, businesses and residences. If you prefer to pick up your orders, you can pick up at our Las Vegas or Henderson locations, free of charge. To pre-arrange a pick up time, call 702-214-1221. Pick up Hours are M-F 11am-4pm.
Yes, we deliver to both residences and businesses. For both business delivery and residential, we require a signature upon receiving the delivery. We highly suggest leaving the recipients phone number on the checkout page so that we can call with any issues in delivering the gift.
We are required to deliver the gifts to the guest services desks at the desired hotel. We do not deliver directly to the guest rooms. Each property differs that some have Concierge Desks, some have Guest Services and some require delivery of gifts to the Bell Desk. Champagne Life receives a signature upon delivery at the property and considers the delivery of the order complete. Champagne Life will not be held responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen, damaged or not delivered to the rooms by the hotel staff. If a gift is not delivered in a timely manner, we strongly advise the purchaser to contact the hotel in question.

No. Due to strict regulation to who is allowed on base, we do not offer this as a local delivery option. Shipping to Nellis AFB is allowed.
We recommend that you do not request a hospital delivery. Many times hospitals have a delivery time in the morning for patients. If your gift arrives after the hospitals deliver time, it gets held back until the following day. Many times this can result in the parcel being delivered to a room once the patients have been discharged.

We deliver the gifts to the hotel Bell Desk or Concierge Desk according to the properties policies. Once it is delivered to the appropriate location, the hotel staff is then responsible to deliver the gift to the guest. Generally, the hotel staff will bring the gift up very quickly depending on the level of hotel guests. Some properties have policies if the guest is not in the room, they will leave a message on the hotel room phone to notify the guest of the delivery and will bring the gift up once they are notified. Other properties will leave the gift in the room without being present. If you are curious to know, please reach out to the hotel directly. Champagne Life will never enter a hotel room or bring the gift to the room directly.
